    I am writing this article after one month use.On first installation service installation guy demanded 1600 rupees for TV stand when I told I have already bought it he demanded 400 rupees for service charge so I requested another installation service but no one came. after waiting 15 days I installed TV myselfPros Sound quality is nice in this segment you can adjust sound setting as your wish but don't expect higher.Build quality is above than average.Building material like plastic is smooth and premium.Screen bleeding is not present.User friendly remote control. Almost all necessary buttons are there.Cons Everyone says screen quality is best but when you watch closely border of person in screen is zigzag like crop image. Yellow colour is most dominant of all. Faces of person will look like yellow you may see it in pictures I have attached.my mobile is managing colour, actual quality can be see in live. Motion blur is clearly visible. frame stabilization is not working properly it is not recommended for sport lovers. After comparing picture quality of other TV like MI 4i ,Panasonic and tube screen TV ego(2003 model),this TV is not winner. Old Android 9 version which is slow in working and apps are crashing continuously. system storage is 16GB when new version will come it will take more space at that time people will face low storage issue. Wi-Fi is 2.5 GHz you all know what does it mean. 'Ok Google' speaking function is not working I have not got any single response since I started to watching TV. At least e'arc port must be included in higher model.There may be more Pro and cons but I have written about if you which I have faced.

      The media could not be loaded.
      I am writing this review after 7 days' use.

      Pros-
      1. Decent picture quality. It has IPS panel so contrast should not be compared with VA panel or OLED TVs. You get what you pay for.
      2. Smooth functioning and navigation. Not very complex features.
      3. 4K videos are crisp. Upscaling algorithm for 1080p videos is also pretty good, leaving no visible pixelation (depends on source).
      4. Audio output is top notch. No one is giving 30W output in this range. Sound is fuller and richer. It even has 5-band equalizer and some custom presets audio. You don't need soundbar unless for specific need.

      Cons-
      1. Doesn't support 5ghz wifi. So I am using wired connection through LAN port. But it's only 100 mbps port, that too with inconsistent performance (doesn't affect live streaming though)
      2. Sometimes audio/video synchronization issue when playing content from USB. But a simple pause and play resolves the issue.

      Nothing more. Overall I am more than satisfied. Totally worth the money.

      So hear me out, after extensive research I have arrived at the conclusion that this is the right TV for my needs as per my budget. I selected and purchased the 43" version, 2022 model. This TV ended up being much better than my overblown expectation.

      Pros:
      - Spectacular picture quality; would need extensive tuning and basic know-how (you will learn as you proceed)
      - HDR works well, Netflix is an utmost pleasure to watch
      - 4k resolution is never compromised
      - Voice inputs work better than expected
      - Sturdy build, this was my major worry, but it turned out that this TV is very well put together
      - Android TV version available in TV is non-buggy

      Cons:
      - Inferior hardware (CPU/RAM), must be expected at this price; you would need an external input like Firestick or Xbox to be able to experience lag free scrolling; installing app and using them on TV is possible if you install a third party RAM management app from the play store
      - Root cause mentioned above, if you run 4k video at 60Hz or higher, the TV will lock and you will be forced to reboot
      - Remote is fragile and easily bent or broken if handled without care
      - Speakers on this TV are useless of course, as can be expected from the budget; as per me, this is a fair tradeoff as the TV had not compromised on the panel quality in any way

      1. I find only one thing in Rs 36,000 i get 58 inch tv. But picture quality not good so 58 inch inch is worthless.

      Cons

      1. Picture quality is very bad with compair to my two year old Mi4X tv.

      2. Tv frequently automatically restart and Frequently crash Netflix, hot star, Amazon Prime ott

      3. Sports lover don't buy. While watching cricket match ball blur. Not able to proper image stabilized

      4. Dark and dull display. Color seting very bad Over dark display.

      5. While play 1080p video not performing well Blurness.

      6. Two year old Android 9 os. Company hide it doesn't mention it

      7. In 2021 they don't give 5ghz WiFi. So that tv is able to use Internet max 30Mbps with WiFi

      Conclusion - I'm requested to return the product. I'm totally disappointed by this. Acer tv support care told me that there is software issue in all acer tv we will resolve it soon.

      today india - Pakistan world cup match and I'm planing to watch it on my old Mi4x tv for better vision.

      1 . I'm want the product return and money back but seller don't provide it.

      2. Amazon provide me inspection service. The engg. Find the problem in tv after that seller give me replacement.

      3. After 7 day they came to installation. Take Too much time to 10 minutes installation

      4. New tv is quite better than old. Picture quality is nice. I'm happy with it.

      5. But major problem not solved. Auto restart, hang, app crash, lag while Bluetooth device connect, google assistant not responded to many time while searching. Its totally irritating.

      6. I'm again file a complaint. This time to acer company because seller give again replacement option not money back.

      7. Acer tv customer support executive told me there is software problem in all acer XL series tv. And we work to resolve it ASAP. He told me they provide updates of android 11 os at the 24 November. And the problems will be resolve.

      8. Now I'm on Wait and watch. If my problem resolved that i edit my review and give 5 star. But if not resolved than file complaint to acer and consumer forum.

      sometimes it might works slow
      Auto restart happens when I use ott apps. I met this issue 1 time in 3 days but no issues in normal live TV
      overall: A good and bigger TV in this price. If you are a normal user this is affordable. If you are a heavy user like ott streaming its not for you.
      amazon must improve Installation service. I waited for a long time and i cancelled the service and done by my own.
